Happy Papa's Day...

To my dear sweetheart who is the best papa in the world. He can play sports, help with the housework, cook, do homework, bath and dress kids and always have something funny to said. Honey you are the best, and we LOVE you!!

So here are some pictures from this weekend dedicated to our Papa. We went to lunch at Josean's favorite Mexican restaurant on Saturday and on Sunday we spent the afternoon with Judy's family.

It was a nice weekend...

Really! This weekend was fun. Full of family activities around town with the kids. The weather was perfect Saturday after Sebastian's soccer game (in where he did 3 goals, wohoooo!) we went strawberry picking at Mayne's Farm in Bukeystown MD. Is the same place that we go to cut our Xmas tree and pick some pumpkins every year. Is very close home and the people is so nice and friendly. So we got the kids into a wagon and pull them to the strawberry field. They had a blast. At least Sabrina who didn't waste any time eating all the strawberries that she can. Sebastian helped too, complaining a little about the fact that he doesn't like strawberries but it was fun anyway.

Then we went home and after dinner went downtown Frederick to the art festival. The kids enjoyed a lot. With live jazz, rock and blues bands in every corner of downtown and great art exhibitions from local artist in the galleries and stores. We wrapped the night with some ice cream and went back home dead tired.

Sunday we stayed at home doing some BBQ and the kids play outside and cool down a bit with a inflable pool. It was Sabrina's first time to enjoy it and she love it. At first she didn't wanted to get in and then when she finally saw that it was fun she just didn't wanted to came out.

It was nice to be home and see the kids having fun.

Princess Sabrina 1st Birthday Party

Last Sunday, May 24 some friends and family got together to celebrate Princess Sabrina 1st Birthday. The tiara cake was yummy, homemade by titi Zully herself. Also we had tiara shape homemade cookies made by dad and a lot of yummy food made by me. The princess looked gorgeous in her fuchsia and white outfit. And she had a blast playing with her guests. One year ago...

Sabrina Isabelle was born... Can you believe it. My baby girl is one year old. I'm still in shock. Today we bought a little cake to celebrate just the four of us at home this milestone in Sabrina's life. Of course we are having a big Birthday party in the weekend with some friends and family but I just like to celebrate on the real day of her Birthday too. We gave her as a Birthday present her first American Girl bitty baby doll, a crib for her baby and a cute TOUS bear necklace. Well here are some pictures of Sabrina enjoying her first Birthday cake. Isn't she cute!

Happy Mothers Day...

We celebrated Mother's Day on Saturday instead of Sunday because I hate crowded restaurants. So Josean took me and the kids to Maggiano's (my favorite Italian rest.) at Tyson Galleria. We had a nice time there. To much dessert for me... But It was Mothers Day so that doesn't count... Right? Of course we took the traditional scrapbook to be pictures before we went out. Then on Sunday after Church we went to take a walk to Baker park and took more cute pictures of me and the kids. Finally I'm getting used to be in front of the camera, of course with the kids as props. Alone... That's another story... So here are some of the pictures of my Mothers Day weekend...

I'ts back...

Kind of... I'm talking about my MUSE... I finally got the grove back and this is what I did in half hour of free time that I got on Tuesday. Nothing to die for but finally I'm getting something done. I'm done with the Halloween pictures and decided to work with another palette of colors and then go back to work with the rest of the fall season, Thanksgiving and Sabrina's Baptism. So wish me luck and hope that the muse didn't run away when she realize the pile of pictures that I got here...

Mini Me?

Well everybody that see Sabrina said that she looks like me. So now my mission is to train the mini me to be divalicious as mommy. LOL... Na... I just got her a cute little play purse and cant resist the idea of some cute pictures of her playing. Of course any similitude with me is just a coincidence. Enjoy...
